Observation

Licensor spoke with the grandfather of the child who reported that at pickup Olga informed him that his granddaughter had a bad day and that the child had been told that if she wasn't good she would get a spanking from Papa. The grandfather stated that this information was openly shared with him as he was picking the child up from care. The grandfather stated that they do not use, or threaten the use of, physical discipline at home. ?? "No observation provided."
